Film output and proofing and printing process control

The output process is mainly the control of the output and proofing of the film and the printing process.

(2) Correct documentation.

(3) Proofing products and equipment types (heat transfer, sublimation, inkjet printing, or analog printing, etc.)

(4) Intention of proof (look at position, or color separation, or color simulation)

(5) Date of proofing.

(6) Exposure and color control bar.

3. Simulation Proofing The process of analog proofing is most similar to the printing process. Mr. General is exposed to film, and then through the exposure of the printing plate and the ink transfer process, produce proofs that closely resemble the printing process, so the proofing effect can best explain the problem.

4, digital proofing directly from the data file through the inkjet printers and other equipment to generate proofs, and sometimes can generate outlets. However, it is still far from the effect of printing proofs.

5. Plates include two types of analog and digital versions.

The simulated plate refers to the plate that is printed on the plate according to the exposure mechanism. This version includes two major categories:
(1) Negative: The dots on the plate are slightly larger than those on the Yin picture.
(2) Positive version: The dots on the version are slightly smaller than the film's net point in the middle.

The digital version mainly refers to the direct plate making method that does not use the film.
Direct platemaking equipment includes two types:
(1) The internal roll CTP apparatus - plate is stationary during the imaging process, and the light beam moves under the action of the drive shaft.
(2) Outer roller CTP equipment: The plate rotates during the imaging process, while the light beam remains stationary.

The plate type is photosensitive or heat-sensitive. The general exposure light source is visible light (488nm-532nm) or ultraviolet light (833nm-1064nm), and the imaging size is from 11*17inch to 60*80inch.
