At present, in China's flexible packaging gravure printing inks and dry composite adhesives, volatile organic solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons and ester ketones are widely used. In the future, water-based plastic inks will certainly replace organic solvents that are currently used. However, in view of the characteristics of water-based inks and the state of the existing printing machinery and equipment in China, the promotion of large-scale water-based inks on plastic flexible packaging still needs time. Water-based inks use water as a solvent carrier and have a slower rate of volatilization. This requires the printer to have a stronger drying capacity, blowing and exhausting capacity, and due to the chemical action of water, the components that touch the water in the printing machinery need higher resistance. Corrosion, anti-rust performance, such as roller, scraper, ink pump and so on. Therefore, compared to the current toluene-based inks, alcohol-soluble inks are easily accepted by the environment, solving the environmental damage caused by the use of toluene and harm to human health, and due to the high boiling point of aromatic hydrocarbons, easy Retention causes the printed matter to have many residual solvents, odors, and the actual printing problems that affect the contents of the package.

This type of ink is used for polyethylene film, and the ink layer has good fastness and good gloss; but polyamides The inks generally have poor water resistance, are not resistant to grease, and are not resistant to freezing and other performance defects. The use of this type of ink for high-temperature printing in the summer is apt to produce stickiness and softening, and freezing occurs during low-temperature printing in winter. Liquid packaging in the process of filling, circulation, storage and other post-processing, through high-temperature sterilization, or freezing and other processes, therefore, the inherent defects of polyamide printing ink can not meet the liquid packaging requirements. New alcohol soluble composite ink

When the packaging bag is printed, the ink or solvent used contains toluene. Because the boiling point of toluene is 110°C or more, it is impossible to completely evaporate during the printing and compounding process. Therefore, the odor may remain in the packaging bag. In the past, color printing manufacturers that specialize in producing milk powder packaging used a lot of financial and material resources to control the odor problems of packaging bags, such as the introduction of high-speed machines and the use of fast-drying solvents, but they still could not fundamentally eliminate the problem of solvent residues. Chao Lifu 303LV alcohol-soluble compound ink is developed for pharmaceuticals, high-grade puffed foods and other packaging requirements without odor residues and is mainly used for PET film, NY film composite in India, packaging structure such as PET / / AL (aluminum ) / / PE, PET (NY) / / PE and other drugs, puffed food packaging. The ink does not contain benzene solvents. The alcohol ester solvent is used as a diluent. The release of the solvent from the resin is good. The residual solvent is very low after printing. In the use of 303LV ink can be used alcohol-soluble or ester-soluble adhesives, the composite strength of both adhesives can meet the actual requirements of the use of bags. However, alcohol-soluble compound inks are best used with alcohol-soluble glues to achieve the best composite strength, while ensuring that the solvent residues in the bags are kept to a minimum. If an ester-soluble polyurethane adhesive is used, it may bring The residue of ethyl ester. Environmental inks are the only way to achieve green printing. Alcohol-soluble and water-based inks can significantly reduce environmental pollution, protect the health of printing workers, and promote the development of printing to non-toxic operations.
